The centennial Olympic games were held in Atlanta, Georgia from July 19 to August 4, 1996. In their honor, this exhibit on the ancient Olympics was created, using information from the Perseus Project, a digital library on ancient Greece. The Perseus Project is centered in the Classics Department at Tufts University.
